Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link to track your parcel in real time.
How to Track Your Order
- Locate your tracking number from the email or SMS we sent after shipping.
- Click the link provided or enter your tracking number below to view real-time updates.
- If you created an account, you can also view order history and status under My Account > Orders.
Order Not Shipped Yet?
Orders typically take 1–2 business days to process before shipping. If it's been longer and you haven't received an update, please contact our support team.

Haven’t Received Your Order Yet?
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check with reception, security, or neighbors
- Look for any delivery notes or emails from the courier
- Allow an extra 24 hours in case of early delivery scans. Still nothing? Contact us and we’ll help resolve it quickly.
Partial Orders
If you ordered multiple items, they might ship separately based on availability. Each shipment will have its own tracking number — don’t worry, everything is on its way!
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Some ANARNE items are pre-orders or custom pieces. These may take additional days before shipping. Estimated ship dates are provided on the product page.
Customs & International Delivery
International orders may be subject to customs clearance which can delay delivery. This is out of our control, but we’re happy to help track and follow up if needed.
